Our LVD laser machines are controlled by our Radan CAD/CAM system, giving accuracy, flexibility, productivity and maximum cost effectiveness. As a tier 1 supplier to many leading OEMs we benefit from long-term stock consignment arrangements with our UK based material suppliers, keeping lead times to a minimum.  

We have a cutting window of 3000mm x 1500mm and can produce profiles up to 20mm thick. We hold stocks of standard materials including:

• Stainless and Mild Steel
• Aluminium
• Zintec
• Brass, Copper and other exotic metals

Accuracy comes from the system being able to use the same part profile for both machines, ensuring there is only one file to update when changes are made. This system gives us increased flexibility and productivity by allowing production to be quickly switched between the two machines, avoiding bottlenecks within production.
